It’s launched.
Ostrich is, quite simply, a Twitter client for Safari 5. It’s making Twitter available on every website you visit while you’re browsing it, creating an integrated experience.
We’re all set. Bolts have been tightened, final touches painted and javascript rewritten.
This product was built by me and for my own needs, that’s why I think it rocks. Now it still doesn’t have all the features I’d like it to have, but it shouldn’t be too long before I get there. I’ll definitely talk about those in upcoming blog posts.
It’s been a few weeks of hard work and long nights, but I’m now satisfied with the end product. There are still some quirks here and there, nothing major.
